About the role
Job Description We are seeking a senior embedded software engineer with about 10 years of C/C++ and Linux kernel programming experience. The role focuses on OpenWRT feature development, OPKG/RPM packaging, Wi-Fi and networking protocols, and CPE/DOCSIS/RDKB solutions. You will debug, troubleshoot, and optimize networked systems while collaborating in a hybrid telecom engineering team. Required - 10+ years of C and C++ programming - Strong Linux kernel and system programming experience - OpenWRT development and OPKG/RPM packaging expertise - Wi-Fi protocols, networking, and CPE/DOCSIS/RDKB - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and issue triage - Data structures, IPC, and process management skills Nice to Have - Python, Groovy, BusyBox scripting experience - REST APIs and microservices familiarity - OVSDB, MongoDB, Redis exposure - Git, test automation, cloud orchestration knowledge
