* Automation & Toil Reduction: Build complex, multi-stage workflows and automate SDLC steps using AI tools. * Infrastructure as Code (IaaC): Lead Azure provisioning in IaaC mode and govern both local and cloud environments. * Observability: Design and implement comprehensive frameworks that provide actionable insights into infrastructure health and application performance. * AI Integration: Proactively explore and integrate agentic AI into engineering workflows to optimize delivery. * Centralized Solutions: Identify recurring manual tasks across different teams and build centralized solutions to solve them once for the entire organization.

* You have 5–7+ years of experience in similar infrastructure or DevOps roles. * You possess advanced expertise in CI/CD tooling and the organization's core full-stack technologies. * You are a systematic problem solver capable of resolving issues that span multiple layers of technology. * You balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability, ensuring all infrastructure is production-ready, secure, and scalable.
