We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant to join our CRM Consulting team.

The role will require the candidate to be responsible for:

* Running workshops across business requirements gathering, process mapping and use cases for Microsoft Dynamics Sales & Service implementations in a client facing role

* Managing project timelines, project documentation and hitting required deadlines, ensuring the project is on track and escalating as required

* Introducing formal requirement specifications and workflow documentation

* Be responsible for working directly with client teams, solution architects and developers to ensure the solution meets the business needs

* Managing and upskilling junior Microsoft Dynamics internal resources

* Able to engage and impress at client Director and Exec level stakeholders both on the business side and technical side.

A Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will possess a blend of the following skills.
