Platform Administrator

Oddball is a federal technology company focused on delivering quality software to the military and federal sectors. This Platform Administrator role supports the DHA EIDS team, managing enterprise data platforms that power military health analytics and data delivery systems while ensuring security, reliability, and compliance with federal standards.

* Administer enterprise data platforms including Tableau Server, MOVEit, Linux, Windows Server, and related DHA tooling * Manage platform configurations, access controls, and environment governance across multiple environments * Support operational sustainment including patching, monitoring, logging, and system health validation * Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and delivery teams to troubleshoot platform issues impacting dashboards, integrations, and performance * Coordinate platform provisioning, deployment, and configuration aligned with enterprise delivery standards * Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures * Support security and compliance activities aligned with RMF and NIST frameworks

* Experience administering enterprise platforms or infrastructure in a federal, DoD, or DHA-aligned environment * Hands-on experience with platforms such as Tableau, MOVEit, Talend, Windows Server, or Linux * Familiarity with AWS GovCloud environments, primarily EC2-based infrastructure * Understanding of access management, environment governance, and operational sustainment in regulated environments * Experience supporting RMF, NIST, or similar security and compliance frameworks * Bachelor's Degree * Authorization to work in the United States

$100,000–$145,000 per year; Fully remote; Tech & Education Stipend; Comprehensive Benefits Package; Company Match 401(k) plan; Flexible PTO, Paid Holidays
