Business Process Analyst

We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business and operational figures, preparing management reports, monitoring KPIs, and providing accurate data and insights to support decision-making.

* Analyse business, financial, production, and operational data. * Compile regular and ad-hoc management reports. * Prepare and maintain KPI reports and dashboards. * Identify trends, variances, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. * Consolidate and validate data from different departments. * Develop and improve reporting processes and systems using BI tools.

* Degree in Business, Computing, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related field. * At least 1 year experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar analytical role. * Strong numerical and analytical skills. * Advanced Excel skills. * Experience in BI reporting is highly desirable. * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. * Ability to interpret data and present findings clearly. * Good communication and problem-solving skills.
