The Anduril Battlespace Awareness Radar team develops state-of-the-art radar systems, deployed to tackle the most significant security challenges of America and its allies. The Radar team is seeking an Electrical Sustainment Engineer to help us manage Radar product sustainment. The Radar team is responsible for all aspects of radar system development, from the ideation stage through initial production.

* Take ownership as the main point of contact for electrical sustainment of our radar products

* Perform design updates of RF and embedded electronics, including hardware selection, schematic & PCB updates, drawing updates, and generation of output files * Troubleshoot system and board issues, translating non-conformance dispositions into manufacturable repair drawings and work instructions * Author and release Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECRs/ECOs) to improve drawings and design releases based on production feedback

* Support sourcing teams with managing long lead and end-of-life components to ensure continuous production * Provide day-to-day technical guidance to manufacturing and quality teams on build intent, repair acceptability, and configuration control

* Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new product introductions, active deployments, and customer operated hardware * Balance involvement in multiple sustaining projects at various stages to ensure timely and effective results
