The Role

Our Data Engineering team is growing! We're looking for a Head of Data Engineering to join our team in London.

In this role you will lead the data engineering team that powers the Quantum Platform, own the technical strategy and delivery roadmap for our data infrastructure, and turn business ambition into intelligence that scales.

* Proven experience leading and developing data engineering teams, setting direction and building capability

* A track record of delivering data platforms that drove real customer and business results

* Hands-on technical credibility: you enjoy getting into the detail to help your team land the right solution

* Able to translate technical complexity into clear, business-relevant narratives for stakeholders at every level

* Strong commercial acumen, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders on revenue, growth and competitive advantage

* You thrive when working as part of a team

* Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

* Have excellent written and verbal English skills
