* Interview stakeholders and facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to understand needs, pain points, and objectives. * Write structured Business Requirements Documents and translate complex business concepts into clear requirements for technical teams. * Assist Product Owners with user stories, review acceptance criteria, and provide detailed specifications for backlog items.

Process and decision analysis

* Map current processes, identify inefficiencies, design future-state processes, and conduct gap analysis. * Assess the business feasibility of proposed solutions. * Analyse business and data to support product decisions; present options, pros and cons, and recommendations. * Conduct impact analysis and competitive or market research as needed.

Testing and documentation

* Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, execute acceptance tests, gather end-user feedback, and document results. * Create and maintain process, system, and functional documentation and requirements traceability. * Support knowledge transfer to teams and stakeholders.

Essential criteria

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. * Relevant Business Analyst or similar experience. * Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills. * Process mapping and business process modelling, including BPMN or flowcharts. * Data analysis and interpretation skills. * Proficiency with Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, and SQL; experience with Jira and Confluence. * Ability to analyse complex problems, identify root causes, build relationships, and facilitate productive discussions. * Experience leading workshops and guiding discussions toward productive outcomes.
