* Degree in business administration, textile management, buying, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years’ relevant buying experience, ideally within Home and/or Home Textiles * Proven buying experience with an established and well-known Home, lifestyle, retail, or consumer brand * Strong knowledge of home textiles, fabrics, materials, product development, sourcing, and production * Strong commercial understanding, with an excellent sense for trends, competition, pricing, and assortment strategy * Experience working with international suppliers and managing products from initial concept through to production and delivery * Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Fluent in English
