About the role
Looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our Recruitment team. The role involves supporting end-to-end hiring activities and coordinating with candidates.
What you would do
* Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. * Coordinate and schedule interviews. * Maintain candidate databases and trackers. * Communicate with candidates and follow up on interview status. * Support the HR team in other recruitment-related activities.
What they are looking for
* Any Graduate / Postgraduate (HR specialization preferred) * Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of recruitment experience * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Basic understanding of recruitment process * Male candidates and own a two-wheeler for commuting. * Comfortable working from office in 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM shift.
