Product Design Builder

We’re looking for a Product Design Builder who combines exceptional product design skills, strong product thinking, and advanced AI development capabilities.

This isn’t a traditional UX/UI design position.

We’re looking for someone who can take a product challenge, understand the business and user needs, define the right solution, and turn it into a functional, high quality product experience.

You’ll combine product strategy, UX research, visual design, AI assisted development, and rapid prototyping to move seamlessly from ideas to working solutions.

You’ll work closely with our clients as an embedded product partner, helping them continuously build, improve, and evolve their products.

You’ll also play an important role in shaping our next generation of AI powered workflows, tools, and agents, helping us redefine how digital products are created.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just deliver designs but takes ownership of building great products.

• Own the product design process, from understanding business challenges and user needs to delivering exceptional UX/UI and functional product experiences.

• Leverage AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and AI agents to rapidly prototype, build, and iterate on product solutions.

• Collaborate with clients, product managers, and engineers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, polished, and scalable solutions.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and product analytics to inform decisions and improve product performance.

• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability.

• Contribute to the development of internal AI tools, agents, and workflows that enhance our design and building capabilities.

• 5 to 10 years of product design experience, preferably with complex B2B SaaS platforms, demonstrating exceptional UX/UI, visual design, and strong product thinking.
