Job Description Design, build, and validate AI/ML solutions with native agentic orchestration and routing using DBX Agent Bricks. Own explainability, AI search, and model validation to ensure reliable, production-grade intelligent agents. Collaborate with data and engineering teams to deliver scalable, trustworthy AI systems. Required - AI/ML and Python experience - DBX Agent Bricks agentic design - Orchestration and routing expertise - Explainability and model validation - AI search implementation experience - Production AI systems delivery Nice to Have - Databricks platform experience - LLM evaluation frameworks - MLOps and CI/CD pipelines - RAG or vector search knowledge
