What To Expect

* Monitor key shop KPIs, including funnel conversion, cancellation rates and payment shares, identify anomalies and drive corrective actions with relevant teams * Test our 20+ shop frontends and support releases and rollouts through thorough implementation checks, testing and sign-off * Manage transactional emails, legal pages, delivery notes and app store reviews, and act as the main interface to Customer Service * Coordinate stakeholders and processes related to our external partner assortment * Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes to make them more reliable and scalable, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks * Support successful project delivery through proactive coordination and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

* Degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent vocational training * Experience with CMS platforms, e.g., Storyblok * Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Jira * Confidence in working with spreadsheets and data * Very good command of English * Strong sense of ownership and a hands-on mindset * Structured, detail-oriented and analytical approach to work

* Interest in AI and its potential applications in everyday work
