Data Migration Engineer

* Lead end-to-end data migrations for a rental management system and CRM, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation. * Develop data quality processes, including deduplication, matching, and reconciliation, to ensure accurate and reliable data. * Own and enhance the Snowflake environment, building ELT pipelines, data models, and integrations with operational systems. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to translate business requirements into effective migration solutions. * Maintain and optimize data pipelines after go-live, troubleshooting issues and ensuring ongoing data integrity and performance.

What Gets You the Job:

* 5+ years of data engineering experience, including hands-on ownership of large-scale system-to-system migrations, ideally involving POS, ERP, or CRM platforms. * Strong Snowflake development experience, including data loading, transformation, modeling, and pipeline development. * Advanced SQL skills with expertise in data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, reconciliation, and query optimization. * Experience with relational databases, Python or similar programming languages, and ETL/ELT tools such as dbt, Airflow, Fivetran, or SSIS. * Experience with relational and dimensional data modeling, strong problem-solving skills, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
